The Alliance for Social Equity And Public Accountability has is raising a red flag asking “Did you know that Women’s World Bank (WWB), one of the collapsed banks under the supposed Banking sector Clean up, handed over to Databank instead of the Reciever?”

“Apparently Databank owned 40% Interest in WWB, but does that warrant the illegal decision taken to hand over the entire assets of WWB to Databank instead of the Reciever appointed by the BoG to oversee the liquidation of the collapsed banks?

We have since written to the Directors of WWB demanding answers on the matter and we hope WWB will be transparent enough to respond appropriately!”
