Covid-19 : Togbe Afede donates GHc100,000 and 2,200 Sanitizers to hospitals in Ho

Board chairman and bank-roller of Accra Hearts Of Oak, His Royal Majesty Togbe Afede XIV, Agbogbomefia of Asogli State, has donated sanitizers and GH¢100,000.00 to two hospitals in Ho for the fight against COVID-19.

The beneficiary hospitals include; The Ho Teaching Hospital GH¢60,000.00 and the Ho Municipal Hospital-GH¢40,000.00.

Togbe Afede who is also the President of the National House of Chiefs also gave over 2,200 hand sanitizers to the Hospitals and communities in the Asogli State.

Togbe Afede’s donation is coming in as part of efforts to curb the rapid spread of the deadly Corona-virus disease. Ghana has so-far recorded 136 confirmed Corona-virus cases.

Majority of the confirmed cases are Ghanaians, who returned home from affected countries. Seven (7) are of other nationals namely: Norway, Lebanon, China, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom (UK).
