The Communication Officer of Bole-Bamboi Constituency of the opposition NDC, Mr. Dramani Bashiru Amantana has described as false Vice President Dr. Bawumia’s claim that the current NPP government provided the people Bole with water.
“Meanwhile, Dr. Bawumia in his speech said they have provided water for people of Bole which is basically false” – Mr. Amantana in a press statement copied Awake News, has said
According to the NDC Communications Officer, “We [the people of Bole] are all aware that the Bole Water Project started under President Mahama and the NDC in 2015 and the NPP government after been voted into power have not added any resources to expand the water coverage in the Bole District”
“Even as we wait for our factory, one million dollars and Dams; Dr Bawumia has once again promised to expand the Bole Islamic and Arabic primary and Junior high school to a Senior High School” – He jabbed
“What has happened to the Islamic Senior High school Bawumia promised the people of nearby Larabanga in the West Gonja District when he was seeking leadership for Nana Addo” – he asked
Mr. Mr. Amantana has accused the Vice President of ignoring issues of paramount importance to the people of Bole and went of another promising spree.
“Among the concerns by Chief Imam of Bole was the state of the Bole Nursing Training College project but we were disappointed Dr. Bawumia failed to respond to the issue of that important educational facility but only went on another promising spree.”

The reality of the turnout of the people of Bole upon Bawumia’s visit
We the NDC fraternity were not surprised Vice – President Dr Muhamadu Bawumia was received in Bole peacefully but met a community with less hope under President Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration.
We have seen several posts by some members and executives of the NPP for the Bole-Bamboi constituency on social media trying to give a superb picture of the Vice Presidents visit to the Bole.
The NPP in Bole with their usual lies and antics needs to be exposed because there is surely no room for lies and fake expressions in the Bole- Bamboi Constituency.
After struggling a banter with each other as to the day the Vice- President was coming to Bole the NPP have gone ahead to create a deceptive atmosphere to the world on social media.
We were told the Vice President will be in Bole at 6:00pm to break the fast with the Muslim community but looking at the unprepared nature of Bole to receive Vice- President Dr. Bawumia, the Savannah Regional executives with the constituency executives and the District Chief Executive (DCE) played a “Koku Ananse” smart game by changing the time from the earlier decided time (6:00pm) to 12:15pm to coincide with a popular “Kadewu” event performed every year and attended by hundreds of people.
In order to escape the embarrassment, the NPP quickly went and begged the “Kadewu” dancers and observers to come and fill the Central Mosque where the Vice- President met the Bole Chief Imam.
Though he was accompanied with more than 200 people in a convoy of 54 Toyota V8s but the numbers where not encouraging.
Meanwhile, Dr. Bawumia in his speech said they have provided water for people of Bole which is basically false.

Finally, we call for unity in the NPP in Bole- Bamboi Constituency because without unity there is no development. Third infighting was once again visible when the Vice- President gave an amount ot 1,000 Ghana cedis to be shared among NPP Women in Bole.
