H. E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia,
Alhaji GPS Leapfrogger,
Greetings from Binduri.
Wonders they say will never end, I understand you have finally found your smooth talking voice, as usual of you, instead of addressing the real problems challenging our nation, you’ve decided to engage in yet another beer parlour propaganda; pouring out your infected okro soup in the Metropolis of Tamale.
[ads1]This time you are urging Ghanaians to reject the NDC in 2020 describing them as non-performing.
Really? The kettle calling the pot black? What are pearls to swines?
Do you really need to say that? Ghanaians should be encouraged to look into their pockets, access critically their standard of living before deciding who deserves their thumbs in elections 2020, or?
Your litany of vile propaganda should be subjected to a close scrutiny. You said the NDC’s performance of their last 8 years was scary where economic growth declined unabatedly with a rise in unemployment, high fiscal deficit of 9.3 percent in 2016, bloated debt stock, high interest rates, collapse of NHIS, a virtual freeze on public sector employment, and weakening of the banking sector among others.
Dr. Bawumia, you are a Muslim, popularly so called, I perceive you don’t drink alcohol, so how come you talk like this? Or respectfully, do you abuse tramodol? With regards to the economic growth you are touting about, under your supervision as the head of the economic management team of Ghana, what significant investment have your government undertaken to turn the economy around with a growth? What capital investment have in initiated? The economic growth Ghana have recorded is largely due to the oil sector, the NPP government ever since you assumed leadership has not invested a dime in our oil fields, isn’t it? Don’t you think it is due to the visionary initiative former President John Dramani Mahama took to bring about Sankofa which is giving us enough returns in the oil sector?
You made mention of a fiscal deficit of 9.3 percent in 2016, respectfully Sir why do you engage yourself in pre-ejaculation? 2016 was an election year with its associated challenges, don’t you think we can properly assess and do the politics of fiscal deficits in 2020 which will be another election year under your tenure? Of course, that would enable us to compare apples with apples, not apples with the oranges you sought to make Ghanaians believe. Besides, under your tenure as a deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, what was our budget deficit in 2008? History is really good!
Ghanaians know you are a talented liar, with a pathological compulsion to subvert the truth. No blinking, blushing, stammering and gulping whatsoever when you are lying, but must it be lies each time you engage the public?
With regards to the NHIS, did you say it collapsed under the NDC? You can not be serious! This is preposterous! Your government collapsed NHIS. How do you expect NHIS to properly function when you chose to use its funds to pay trainee allowances? When was the last time your government paid providers? Under the able leadership of JM, the scheme was able to renew and register new applicants as well as settle arrears due to providers, can we say same today? If you care to know, NHIS currently lacks common ribbons to register new applicants, the scheme is hopelessly on its knees, a consequence of the cluelessness of you and your con boss!
Let’s look at your freeze on public sector employment and weakening banking sector claims. First of all, there was never a point in time under the NDC regime that Ghana had a total freeze in public sector recruitment. At no point in time have we ever seen a total freeze in public sector recruitment, than the current NPP mafia administration. Under your tenure, even essential service providers such as doctors and nurses are suffering and crying and not being employed. I understand your Health Minister is even advising medical doctors to venture into farming because government cannot employ them anymore. Awurade Yakubu.
Your Excellency, Dr. Bawumia, father of all fundamentals, our local banks are collapsing. This has rendered businessmen and women helpless, workers jobless and a new dawn of doom has been cast on our Banking sector under your disable leadership. Mr. Know it all, What happens to your lengthy economic lectures? Has Central University closed down or it is now screening animal television shows?
Where are the answers to the hundred and seventy (170) so called important questions on Ghana’s economy you asked the Late Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur of blessed memories? Has your marking scheme been torn during your coma? You have chosen to ignore the cedi depreciation in your analysis, in fact nothing gives you a running stomach more than questions of our cedi depreciation. Therefore, Dr. Bawumia, what is happening to our cedi under the most intelligent and competent economist who almost turned to a self-acclaimed prophet of Ghana’s economic fundamentals? Ghana’s cedis and Ghana’s collapsing banking sector? Chew and pour is good for examination purpose but very bad for the world of practice.
There is real hardship everywhere, real corruption everywhere, everyday is a create, loot and share affair, hardships, lay-offs, cedi depreciation, high fuel prices, rising cost of living, lies, wanton sleaze and graft is the order of the day. Corruption in Ghana today is now much more like curse. The fundamentals of corruption are really very strong with a very strong bond of affection between you and your boss. Your government and corruption are like Aki and Popo, in others words, Romeo and Julliet, Lol Lol Lol!
At this moment, I know how you feel and how shameful you see yourself. I can equally imagine how you would recount the applause at your mindless shenanigans during your numerous lectures. You wished never criticized unjustly; you wished never mocked the intellect of those who came before you. I am only sad that your embarrassing failure and justification further deepens the impression.
Hmmmm When the piglet laughs at his mother’s long mouth!
Your Excellency, Dr. Bawumia, how far with your stance on borrowing? You are currently leading us on the Chinese road, it is now a crime to criticize China in Ghana today, it used to be incompetent for government to borrow, is it now competent to government to borrow for consumption? You have borrowed over GHS40billion, higher than what President Mahama government borrowed in his entire 4 years, can you show Ghanaians anything tangible you used the borrowed funds for? Any KVIP or urinal like the HIPC funds did? or do you borrow for only recurrent expenditure?
How far with the one village one dam for our Northern brothers and sisters you promised? You are currently up North, you know! Or you have gone to create the dams in Bagri so that when it spills all the villages in the North will be flooded thereby getting dam water!
What about our one constituency, 1 million dollars? And our 1-District, 1-Factory too? How about the drones to distribute drugs to run health facilities? I hope you are on course to actualizing your dreams to get every Ghanaian a bank account? Now that you are collapsing banks I hope it won’t affect that dream? Some of us will fetch the Bagri dam water to deposit in those accounts because there is no job to earn money to deposit in them.
Kindly reduce the rising fuel prices, be sensitive to the plight of Ghanaians for once. The NDC with their incompetence as you prefer to call them left office with fuel prices at GHc16.50 per gallon, today under your competent supervision, the price of a gallon has leapfrogged to GHc25 in less than 2 years. Let me put it to you that you can reduce the prices of petroleum products.
Simply scrap the special tax on petroleum products, President Mahama introduced it when the prices of petroleum products was so fluctuating, which was as low as $39 per barrel at the world market after the Finance Minister pegged it in the budget at $120 per barrel. Your Finance Minister pegged a barrel of crude oil at $60, the prices at the world market currently stand at $70 per barrel, far beyond your estimates, isn’t this gain enough for you to completely scrap the taxes on petroleum products now that it has outlived it’s usefulness?
Public debt, public debt, public debt! Did you say our debt stock is not rising? Yesu Kristo, how did we get here? Our debt stock currently stand at Ghs159billion, I hope that is our private debt stock and not the public? Or could it be incompetent Mahama who is still secretly borrowing, because in Ghana today, anything is now possible, I hear the bleaching pastor is accusing JM of importing demons to cause economic hardships, lol wetin man no go hear for Ghana today? Or could it be a case that NDC borrows to increase debt stock while you borrow to reduce debt stock? A case of calling a fat Hausa Man, Alhaji and a slim Hausa man Abokyi?
Your Excellency, Dr. Fundamentals, you and your boss are pimps and mafia dons behaving like cult members. You are lying friends with shady characters parading as leaders! Ghanaians are in tears enduring the agonizing trauma of our mistakes (H. E. Akufo Addo and whizz-kid Bawumia, PhD). We now know that it was all about power without candor, conscience and moral compass. It is obvious your objective is to enrich yourselves and clamour aggressively for a second term. You do not intend seeking a re-election on merit, everything shows. As citizens, we are prepared to defend our future with all our might. To all who thirst for liberty…..Arise, arise, ooo sons of Ghana! It is time for me to join the gods of Binduri to consume a pot of pito they just ordered from Zanguom Daag, I shall return! Remember JM is coming! His second coming is unstoppable!
Yours ever,
Dauda Assibid.
