Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer Hopeful of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Thomas Worlanyo Tsekpo is set to donate a membership software worth about GHc12,000 to BA Youth wing of the NDC.
The software which was developed by a renowned Software Engineer, Mr. Sampson Sakyi as his contribution towards the vision of Mr. Tsekpo for the Brong Ahafo Region will be a total solution to an effective and efficient youth membership management of the party in the Region.
Speaking to Awake News, Mr. Sampson Sakyi who was a former [ads1]TEIN Organizer at the Catholic University College said “he has been monitoring the Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO for some time now about his vision for the Youths in Brong Ahafo as well as his proposed roadmap on how he and his team can energise, mobilise the Youths in Brong Ahafo to retrieve their lost seats and secure victory for the party come 2020”
According to him, this vision of the outspoken Efo Tsekpo is what has touched and has decided to contribute his quota to see the beautiful vision Efo TSEKPO’s vesion come through as the next Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer.
Mr. Sakyi noted that the software was designed to meet the specification and recommendations of Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO.
The software has these features:
- The software will help drive members as it will be deployed in all the 29 constituencies to collate the data of all the Constituency and branch Youth Organizers
- It will have a central collection and processing point at the Regional Office of the youth organizer.
- Every constituency will manage their own software with a laptop which will be provided as that will be used to measure the performance of the constituency and the branch Youth Organizers.
- The software will have the details and it’s a way of monitoring the performance of every branch Youth Organizer.
- The software will also capture the proposed ROPAL implementation in 2020
In an interview with Awake News, Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo said he is satisfied with the final product submitted by Mr Sakyi Sampson.
According to him, this software will make his agenda of direct search and voter mobilization in the region be soon realized.
He revealed that he and his team will periodically reward constituency and branch youth organizers who excel in their direct membership increasing drive to encourage them to do more which will lead to greater reward in 2021 when the party takes over the administration of the country.
Aside the software, Mr. Tsepkoe he has started working towards 2020 by securing 100 T-shirts for the Dragon Forces in Techiman which is ready for handing over, Portable phones (not android) for the serial callers which will be delivered to the serial callers in the coming days, secured 7 permanent jobs for some Youth Organizers in the region, secured National Service postings for TEIN members and Youth Organizers in the Region in opposition, lobbying and processing of over 147 branch and constituency Youth Organizers for NABCO even in opposition. He also donated certificates and TEIN Registration booklets to the Regional Organizer which will soon be handed over to all the TEIN campuses. TEIN Banners have also been produced to help increase the visibility of the NDC on all our campuses in the Brong Ahafo Region and a team of five lawyers who have agreed and bought into our agenda and are ready to defend our B/A Youths in any Electoral related issues come 2020.
He said he will continue to work and use his contacts and lobbying skills to help the Youths and the Region at large to help increase NDC votes in the Region as well as retrieve our lost seats and secure more.
Mr. Tsekpo also made a passionate appeal to all members of the party to help donate 30 laptops to the Regional Youth wing to help implement this very important direct vote increasing agenda I’m the Brong Ahafo Region as well as other regions adopting same strategies which will boost our chances of winning the 2020 elections
