Ace Broadcaster, Kakui Dey
Television and Radio Personality, Kafui Dey, has made a passionate call on President Akufo-Addo to appoint persons who are career oriented and not politically motivated in the office of a diplomats.
The awards-winning presenter made this appeal using his platform ‘GHToday’ on Accra-based GHOne TV on the morning of Wednesday, November, 2017.
[ads1]According to the ace-broadcaster, the recent utterances by Ghana’s High Commissioner to South Africa, Hon. George Ayisi Boateng is unfortunate and should be condemned by all.
He went on to require of the government to consider the option of appointing career diplomats instead of political diplomats which in a way will help stop such unfortunate utterances and statements.
“I think the time has come for us to start appointing career diplomats and political diplomats.”
“This unfortunate utterances from Hon. George Ayisi Boateng will only stop if diplomatic jobs are giving to experts in the field but not political persons.”
