Energy Minister, Peter Amewu

The Supreme Court has quashed the injunction placed on Energy Minister Peter Amewu preventing him from being sworn-in as Member of Parliament for Hohoe Constituency.

In the 14 page judgment read by Justice Appau, said Peter Amewu has nothing to do with the inability of SALL to vote in the December 7, 2020 election adding that the matter is purely a matter between the Electoral Commission and the applicants.
