Akufo-Addo leaves for China tomorrow

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is set to jet off to China on an official visit on 31 August.

Nana Addo’s visit is to deepen Ghana’s ties with the Chinese.

Nana Akufo-Addo is expected to hold bilateral engagements with the Chinese President, Xi-Jiping, on economic relations between the two countries.

He will be accompanied by a delegation to participate in a Business Forum in the Chandong to woo investors and ensure that more business opportunities are open to Ghana.

He will also attend the Forum on China-Africa Corporation (FOCAC) which will be attended by 40 heads of state from Africa who have signed up to Continental Free Trade Area to discuss infrastructure, power, education, and industry on the continent.
