Before the 20216 elections, Kwame A -plus was a strong supporter of President Akufo Addo taking into account the fact that he continually described him as the best and extra-ordinary politician in Ghana.

However, today Kwame A Plus has taken another decision to retract that statement which was a slogan in his mouth during the 2016 general elections which gave Akufo Addo victory over Dr. John Dramani Mahama.

He made this known on his social media handle when reacting to a video depicting on the measures put in place by the government to ensure the safe reopening of Kingdom’s airport which was closed down in the wake of coronavirus, the musician blasted the government for choosing rather spend on the compilation of new voters register.

In a Facebook post, he wrote, “Ghana won’t rush to spend 200 million on something like this and immediately open the airport so that the world will transit through here to boost our economy. They will rather spend it on a voter’s register so that Nana Akufo Addo will win another election. That’s is all they care about” “In 2016 I made this statement, “Akufo Addo is not an ordinary politician and therefore is not for ordinary people.” I’m sorry, Nana Addo is just like any ordinary Ghanaian politician. Very ordinary. Nothing special. So how do you feel when all of you African leaders travel across the globe and see people using their brains like this? Isn’t it the same brain God gave to everybody?”
