Head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo, says he is optimist his side will beat Sudan in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
As two descendants of Ghana (Black Stars coach, Otto Addo and the Falcons of Jediane coach Kwesi Appiah) look to lock horns in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier,Otto Addo has confirmed that despite Kwesi Appiah’s familiarity with the Black Stars, his side will beat Sudan at the Accra Sports Stadium Today.
The first leg of the game will kick of at 4pm today in Accra.
Otto Addo said, “I think there is no assurance for anything…but there is a high probability that we will win.
“It comes with preparations, with consciousness…for me, even when I was playing to get is always on the other side of fear. I fear God but that is it, for me I am fearless.
“If our players will have that attitude and show passion and they will be fearless, I am sure that the probability is very high that we will win.
According to him football is full of surprises but he believes the chances of his side losing the game is very low.
“I know how difficult it can be, but the probability that we lose is very low. If we do our homework, if we are concentrated and if we play together as a team…if the players work together as a team and fulfill what our plan and tactics are against Sudan” he added.
