Sekou Nkrumah, one of the children of Ghana’s founding father, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, has said that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) does not deserve to lead the country for another term.Mr. Nkrumah believes it is time for a change in the administration of the country, as the economic situation of Ghanaians keeps deteriorating.”…But the current economic situation in Ghana means NPP does not deserve another four years in office! It is time for a change! Ghana first,” he opined. The NPP, with Vice President Dr. Bawumia as its flag bearer, seeks to “break the 8” in the upcoming December 7 presidential election. However, many credible local and international polls suggest that the NPP has no chance of winning the elections. The party’s slim chances is due to the grave mismanagement of the economy which has plunged millions into unprecedented hardships.
