“ The Ghana-Togo Solidarity Movement will converge at Kawokudi Park, Kanda in Accra this Saturday 16th December, 2017 at exactly 9am.

The purpose of this two-state peaceful rally is to call on the international community to do more to end the atrocious repression of innocent civilians that is currently on-going in Togo according to the dictates of International Humanitarian Law.

[ads1]We appreciate the efforts being made by Governments within the Sub-region to end the crisis but the time has come for the feuding factions to sit round the negotiating table to jaw-jaw in order to prevent a possible spill-over into the Republic of Ghana and other neighbouring countries.

We call on all people who believe in justice, peace and freedom to join us drum home these key points to prod the international community into further and more pragmatic action to end the Togolese crisis”

Signed
Irbard Ibrahim
Spokesperson for the Ghana-Togo Solidarity Movement
