The Fifth and last batch of Hajj pilgrims in the Northern Sector of Ghana is scheduled to be flown to Saudi Arabia on Monday evening, the Hajj Board has disclosed.

Speaking to Awake News’ Shawwal Ishaak, the Deputy Communication Director of the Hajj Board, Zak Rahman, said the fourth batch left to Saudi Arabia this (Monday) morning and by evening time the last batch will be sorted to pave way for the southern sector pilgrims.

There were some delays recorded at Tamale for which the flights could not arrive on time but according to Zak Rahman, everything has normalised now and that from August 16 to 21st, all pilgrims in Accra would have also been flown to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj pilgrimage.
