The Black Stars of Ghana has lost to Sudan Falcons of jediane in the 2025 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers in Libya this afternoon.
The Ghanaian side conceded two goals just two minutes into the second half of the game. the match ended 2-0 in favor of Sudan after ninety (90) minutes of play.
Even though, the coach of Ghana Black Stars expressed optimism and promised to win the game, he lost the match to the Falcons of jediane.
In a pre match interview with GFA media Otto Addo said, “We need to win this very match tomorrow and once we are second…I think it’s still in our own hands and this is what we are looking for. so we are looking for tomorrow’s win and then we will be back on track.”
This defeat means Ghana must win all of their games in the November international break when they play Niger and Angola.
The Black Stars sit third in Group F with just two points behind Sudan now with seven (7) points and Angola leading with nine (9) points.
