As part of efforts to strengthen the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and prepare the party for the 2024 general elections, a two-time NDC Gomoa East Parliamentary aspirant, Abraham Bright Bruce Amissah, popularly known as Kofi Bruce, has once again made a generous donation to the party. The donation was to support the party in the just-ended voter transfer exercise.

Among the assorted items donated to the party are 100 packs of cooked food, bottled water and soft drinks to refresh the voters. Kofi Bruce presented the items to the constituency through the party executives, led by the chairman, Dr Kofi Anthony Efissah.

Hawa Yusif, the Constituency Women’s Organizer and other party executives received the items on behalf of the party. After the presentation, Mr Bruce ensured that all dedicated party members who worked tirelessly to transport applicants from their respective locations on motorcycles were rewarded handsomely. He also extended his humanitarian gesture to the various constituency organizers and deputies.

In his brief speech, Mr Kofi Bruce expressed his unwavering support and love for the Gomoa East Constituency. He pledged to work with all executives to ensure a resounding victory for John Mahama and the MP in the constituency.

“I will do everything humanly possible within my means to ensure the victory of H.E. John Mahama and the re-election of Hon. Dr. Desmond De-Graft Paittoo,” he stressed.

Upon receiving the items, the Constituency Women’s Organizer, Hawa Yusif, expressed gratitude on behalf of the constituency to Hon. Kofi Bruce for his continuous generosity and initiatives that help the NDC to outperform the NPP in any election in Gomoa East.

The Gomoa East Member of Parliament, Dr Desmond De-Graft Paittoo visited the registration centres as part of his usual rounds. He met with Kofi Bruce, his former contender in the past parliamentary primaries. They exchanged pleasantries and had a brief discussion about working together to secure victory for the NDC in December.
