The Concerned elected Assembly members of Ghana, has reprimanded President Akufo-Addo for delaying in selecting MMDCEs.
In a statement copied to the Awake News and signed by Musah Ziyad, Convener, to address their displeasure, the members said, “For the first time in history of the Fourth Republic, Eight(8) months into this NPP administration policy, MMDCEs are yet to be nominated for election. This is an affront to the “decentralization policy”,.
According to them, “this has stalled all development issues at the various assemblies to the disadvantage of the assembly members and their electorate”.
The group further stressed, “We have painfully accepted the imcompetence of this government in his administration of this country , but to delay in nominating MMDCEs for eight months makes his imcompetence, lengendary and unacceptable”,.
The Concerned elected of Assembly members of Ghana, therefore, charged the President to release list without any further delay.
