You only want to remain relevant – Koku Anyidoho tackles Mahama

John Mahama and Koku Anyidoho

Koku Anyidoho says John Mahama ran to the Supreme Court with the claim that the 2020 elections were rigged against him just because he wanted to remain relevant.

Samuel Koku Anyidoho, since his defeat to Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, as the General Secretary, in the NDC’s national Congress to elect executives to run the party, has not stopped treating John Mahama and the national executives of the party with kid’s gloves.

The NDC’s former Deputy General Secretary, be it on social media, radio or television, has incessantly hauled the party leadership to abattoir to butcher them on their style of leadership, which he considers contrary to the rules of engagement of the NDC.

And his latest jab at John Mahama was sighted on his Twitter page where he did not spare tossing John Mahama like a coin for his admission that elections are not won at the court.

On his Twitter page, the sacked NDC supporter said: “Vindication certainly lies in the womb of time! We are now being told that, elections are won on the ground & not at the Supreme Court? Ei! So, vilification of the truth was just for political manipulation to remain relevant huh? God really knows how to vindicate His people.”
His post was directly in response to John Mahama’s address at the Upper East Region to the NDC supporters that the party had learnt painful lessons from the outcome of the 2020 elections.

In view of that, John Mahama said the party would not go to the Supreme Court for redress of election matters again but would work hard to win elections at the grounds.

John Mahama said gave that address on his day one thank you tour nationwide, which he began in the Upper East Region on Tuesday.
