We shall physically disable and disarm you – NDC Bono Youth warns NPP

The Bono Regional Youth Wing of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has cautioned the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to keep the nonsense and damage they are inflicting on themselves adding that if such actions come close to the NDC, they shall “physically disable and disarm them (NPP)”.

”NPP is also warned that the nonsense and damage they are inflicting on themselves should be confined and remain among themselves because if they attempt and try to bring their nonsense on us (NDC) we know how we shall physically disable and disarm them”. -Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo, the Bono Regional Youth Organizer for the NDC said in a statement copied Awake News.

Efo Worlany said their caution is coming in following the rising levels of indiscipline and violence that have taken over the NPP in the Bono Region since the assumption of office by Kwame Baffoe Talebee aka Abronye DC as the Regional Chairman.

“On 5th June 2020, the Dormaa Central NPP Youth went against the President’s decision of imposing the nonperforming MP, Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu on the people of Dormaa Central as NPP parliamentary candidate for the constituency on the basis that Dr. Yao Yeboah the parliamentary aspirant contender is perceived to be an Allan Kyeremanteng supporter who did not support Nana Addo’s Presidential bid during their 2016 primaries. This made the NPP Youth very angry and they retaliated by setting ablaze the multimillion Cedis NPP party constituency office which was burnt down to ashes.” – the statement said

“We in NDC are nonetheless very happy that the worse performing MP in the entire Bono Region is being imposed and forced down the neck of people in the constituency as NPP parliamentary candidate because that has given a boost to our NDC parliamentary candidate Hon. Gordon Nana Asubonteng whom we believe will claw back and redeem our 2000 votes difference from the 2016 elections to win the Dormaa Central constituency parliamentary seat for NDC.” – Efo Worlanyo added

NDC YOUTH WING JOINS DORMAA CENTRAL MCE AND PARTY EXECUTIVES TO BLAME NANA ADDO FOR THE RISING LEVELS OF VIOLENCE IN THE DORMAA CENTRAL CONSTITUENCY

The Bono Regional Youth Wing of NDC is saddened by the rising levels of indiscipline and violence that have taken over the NPP in the Bono Region since the assumption of office of Kwame Baffoe Talebee aka Abronye DC.

On 5th June 2020, the Dormaa Central NPP Youth went against the President’s decision of imposing the nonperforming MP Hon. This made the NPP Youth very angry and they retaliated by setting ablaze the multimillion Cedis NPP party constituency office which was burnt down to ashes.

We have also heard Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu on numerous interviews on local FM stations blaming the MCE and alleging that some local NPP constituency party executives were the people behind the mayhem allegedly because they have taken and received bribes from Dr. Yao Yeboah to work against him (Hon. Agyeman Manu).

The MCE and the local NPP constituency party executives nonetheless continue to accuse and blame Nana Addo and John Boadu (NPP General Secretary) as the ones who have unilaterally imposed Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu on them as a parliamentary candidate and this is the genesis of the NPP violence in the constituency.

The NPP Regional Youth Organizer who appeared to be confused also insulted the NPP Youth in the constituency in a press statement that was released to condemn the rising acts of violence in the Dormaa Central constituency because he personally endorses and fully supports Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu who is alleged to have financed and sponsored his election bid to become the NPP Dormaa Central Regional Youth Organizer.

The NPP Bono Regional Party Chairman is also reported to have been disrespected by Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu because he was seen on numerous occasions openly campaigning for rival parliamentary candidate aspirant Dr. Yao Yeboah against the preferred choice of President Nana Akufo-Addo and John Boadu who is the incumbent MP Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu.

This has been the situation in Dormaa Central Constituency for the past few days, the peaceful land of Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Nana Agyeman Badu II, because NPP has refused to learn from the peaceful Parliamentary primaries conducted by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Region.

They (NPP) have suddenly forgotten that the owner of the Dormaa stool lands Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Nana Agyeman Badu II is celebrating his 21st year anniversary on ascending the wonderful throne at Dormaa Ahenkro.

This is what happens when an autocratic President sits in Accra and makes party constituency parliamentary decisions for delegates. No wonder all party executives in the Dormaa Central Constituency are constantly blaming Nana Addo for being the cause of the violence in the constituency.

We congratulate all the NPP Youth in the Dormaa Central constituency who demonstrated against the President’s decision but condemn the sponsored attack by the MCE, local NPP constituency executives, and the NPP Bono Regional Chairman.

We in NDC are nonetheless very happy that the worse performing MP in the entire Bono Region is being imposed and forced down the neck of people in the constituency as NPP parliamentary candidate because that has given a boost to our NDC parliamentary candidate Hon. Gordon Nana Asubonteng whom we believe will claw back and redeem our 2000 votes difference from the 2016 elections to win the Dormaa Central constituency parliamentary seat for NDC.

The NDC Bono Regional Youth Wing calls for calm so that we can have a peaceful election come December 7 and celebrate our victory with our next President, John Dramani Mahama.

NPP is also warned that the nonsense and damage they are inflicting on themselves should be confined and remain among themselves because if they attempt and try to bring their nonsense on us (NDC) we know how we shall physically disable and disarm them.

We are watching and closely monitoring the steps of NPP and we shall continue to influence their actions and internal party elections to ensure that they select and choose a parliamentary candidate that we want so that we can sweep more parliamentary seats in the Bono Region for NDC.

Thank You.
