“We are sorry” – NDC’s Efo Worlanyo to Victoria Hammah, Abuga Pelle, Afriyie Ankrah

The Bono Regional Youth Organizer of the opposition NDC, Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo has taken to his facebook page to say “we are sorry” to Victoria Hammah, Abuga Pelle and Afriyie Ankrah who are former appointees of the John Mahama led NDC administration.

His comment is coming on the heals of media reports this morning that the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service has exonerated Mr. Charles Cromwell Bissue, the former Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining of any wrong doing in connection with Tiger Eye PI’s expose on illegal mining dubbed “Galamsey Fraud”,

Mr. Bissue was accused by undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team of circumventing the law to grant mining license to ORR Resource Enterprise to engage in small scale mining while a ban on same was in force.

Mr. Bissue stepped aside as secretary to the committee to allow smooth investigations into the matter.

But a report clearing Bissue from the allegations stated that the documentary — which shows Mr Bissue taking money from undercover reporters — was not a true reflection of what transpired between Bissue and the assigns of the said ORR Resource Enterprise, the Daily Graphic reported on Monday.

This Efo Worlanyo thinks the NPP is only glorifying its alleged corrupt officials when the NDC crucified theirs to please the NPP.

He writes:

Abuga Pelle, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, Victoria Hammah we are sorry. As a party we could have protected you but we demonized you just to please the NPP.

Elvis Afriyie Ankrah we put you on Camera as a sacrificial lamb to make Countryman Songo and NPP happy. We sold you to Npp as a party because somebody doesn’t like u. Now even the President said he is not interested in the Brazil report because they found nothing against you.

Victoria Hamma, our people joined the fight to crucify you on just a jovial discussion.

Abuga Pelle, we jailed you.

NDC, hope we are seeing what the apostles we have pleased by sacrificing our own are doing? No more long talk, the rest will continue to remain in my big head.

Time will tell.
