TRTworld , a cable network based in Turkey is set to run such interviews and documentary for the three selected Ghanaian afrobeat artists this July. The three musicians in the name of Lily M, Olonguazi the Boomgiman and T-Wizzle will be on the showcase to discuss some [ads1]of the important topics in their daily life of being an Afrobeat artiste.
Lily M is a Ghanaian Afro pop musician and women activist .She launched her full music career after graduating from CBS. The group after all efforts to make it in the music industry had to quit their dreams when they were faced with a lot of financial constraints.Though it hasn’t been easy combining running a boutique, acting and singing, he believes these are things he passionately loves doing and has no regrets so far.
Augustine Nii Adama Lokko known formally as Olonguazi Bonchaka is the face behind Terry Bonchaka’s look-alike and a very close ally to the late Terry Bonchaka. He did attend the same basic school with him. Currently known as the BoomGi man he takes to the brand of Terry Bonchaka in every dimension, representing and living the late Terry’s legacy in style.

The showcase which would span as a full documentary on the lifestyle, creativity and challenges of the upcoming Ghanaian artists would throw more light on the Ghanaian culture.This event is scheduled for the 28th of July at the Title Track studio, owned by renowned Ghanaian sound engineer and music producer, Zap Mallet who would throw light on the genesis of Afrobeat in Ghana,
Miranda Atty, the senior producer of TRTworld said she would not mind if she could transcend the coverage into other historical locations like James town ,the Black star avenue and the Kwame Nkrumah mausoleum, to show how rich Ghana has as culture.
The three musicians were selected on the basis of their portrayal of the culture of Ghana and Africa through their music.
