Today in History: Dr. Nkrumah was overthrown; his achievements still unmatched

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah
Today marks exactly 59 years, 24th February 1966 when Ghana was plunged into total darkness; Dr Kwame Nkrumah was overthrown today. This marks the struggling movements of the new promising national, Ghana, accolade as the hope of Africa and black star of Africa.
Despite Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s little shortcomings, his achievements are yet to be equal to any of his successors.
These are his successes within the short period (1957 to 1966) he ruled Ghana.
