The Oracle: Amos bringing hope and life to NDC Greater Accra Youth front?

Amos Blessing Amorse, the incumbent Deputy Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress has been enjoying a good trends on social media for the past few weeks.

Different designed flyers have been circulating on social media tagging him with various positions in the upcoming NDC internal elections.

Read Amoses own response:

In the past weeks, I’ve seen a number of flyers on social media with my image. Some were sent to me by those who sponsored the artwork to pledge their support for me to contest a particular position they feel I’m best fit for. I thank all those who believe in me and have linked me to a number of positions in our upcoming elections.

I’ve listened to all the arguments linking me to various positions at Regional and National level. One thing is very clear, all of them believe I must be elevated from my present deputy Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer position. The point of disagreement however, was the position I must be elevated to. Once again, I thank those who believe I can be better deputy Regional Secretary, Regional Communication Officer, Regional Youth Organizer and Deputy National Youth Organizer. It’s an honor to have people believe I can serve our Party in these portfolios.

I’m sorry to say that my mind is made up on which position to contest and that would mean that I would disappoint some people when on Thursday, October 6, 2022, I release my official flyer for the position I’ll contest. It’ll certainly NOT be deputy Regional Youth Organizer.

Now to the flyers in circulation so far. I thank the designers and sponsors. The one that caught my attention was this very one. The inscription on it, “The Oracle” has been a subject of series of questions from my mother. As Pentecost Deaconess, she did not understand why her son would be nicknamed The Oracle.

Myself I don’t know where that nickname came from. What I know is that within the TEIN fraternity in Greater Accra, it’s a popular name. I was later told it had to do with my roles in student elections in the region. I’m not an Oracle but they call me The Oracle!

Thanks to everyone who believed in me since 2018 when I started this journey. The support base has increased from zero in 2018 to a number only God knows. We’re still running this race. We’ll only quit when victory is delivered in 2024 to liberate Ghanaians. On this note, get ready for another round of campaign! WE’RE MORE THAN THEM!
