Dear Dad,
STOP ME FROM DRINKING DIRTY WATER
It is with so much pain and disappointment that I deem it very necessary to reach out to you through this medium , to register my plight and that of many other colleagues of mine living in the Binduri constituency .
How long do I have to drink from the pit? How long will people only criticise Binduri MPs for taking so much from the Constituents and yet keep so much for themselves? When do the fake pity ends and actions begins. When will my parents act like responsible adults and stop having more children just to leave them on the street? When can I live in a beautiful home and in an environment with clean water, stable electricity, schools and hospitals? Please stop me from dying of disease! Please use your voice to demand change in Binduri for my sake..
Enough of the deceptions , the unfairness and insensitivity towards my plight and that of many others .
How long must I continue to run after you for 20 cedis and 50 cedis only when you visit me when elections are approaching?
Is it not about time that our MPs stop focusing on how to win elections at all cost instead of focusing on developing me and my colleague youth and the next generations to come?
Are you not supposed to teach me how to fish instead of giving me fish ?
There is no denying fact that Binduri Constituency, undoubtedly one if the oldest in the Region , even older than Bawku central , till date, cannot run shoulders with the other districts in the Upper East region as far as development is concerned, due to the selfishness and greed of successive MPs.
When you are given the common fund to provide the basic facilities or social amenities that I need, please think of me before you keep the money to yourself! Whenever you try to discourage people with good intentions from coming to help develop Binduri District , please hear my silent cry for help and stop!
Change the face of Binduri now for me and many others to see atleast before we depart from earth .
