Ghana premier league side Hearts Of Oak former player Anthony Annan has called on players to sacrifice for the club this season. The GPL second round is about to resume and the former Black Stars player is urging his club onto winning the trophy this season.
In an interview on West FM he explained why he is of that view, indicating that “for so many season Hearts have not been able to win the league so I believe their new signings and the new technical team will help the team to fight for the GPL title. Players have to train hard and plan to make something special whenever an opportunity is given to them”.
He stressed that during his time he worked hard as a team to win trophies because Hearts is a club that always wants to win. “Hearts is a team who always wants to win trophies so the players have to sacrifice for the team because, during my time, we used to work as a team”.
