People like this guy are not part of the problem we have in our part of the world. They are found in all races. The principal problem is that next week Sunday, his church would be full of people seeking to worship a God that cursed them.

If your father has a house that obviates you building another, you are still cursed if you still live in your inheritance. I always say that the attention we pay to anything bible is insidious. Most of these young men speak out of sick intuition. And they owe their sordid ubiquitous presence in our society to our unbridled spirituality. Unlike others who think through their problems, we pray them away.

A dude buys airtime to attract you to a spiritual perfume that would attract customers to your wares. Didn’t he use his perfume to attract you? Why should he need advertising to attract you to buy the perfume? A priest in a mud house promises to make you rich through money doubling. Why is he not rich? Why would he need your money? For what that what he produces can’t do? A man promises you a winning lotto number at a fee. Why won’t he simply stake his winning numbers and make more money than pleading for your peanut? Your new year’s breakthrough is a promise of a Visa to abroad by a pastor. He resides in Ghana which is hell. And people actually believe these and patronize them because you are a robot if you hang your brain.

Don’t believe in motivational speeches and setting targets for life. They are useless. Motivational speeches are normally generic templates that don’t reflect circumstance and individuality. Setting goals deprives you of the many opportunities that life presents. As you fixed your eyes on the ball, better opportunities pass by on your blind side. Have no expectation of life. Take life as it comes. And don’t be too hard on yourself. You are not that a failure. Nana Addo is a president because he has a privileged background. Ezanetor is an MP because she is the daughter of Rawlings. Dangote is the richest person in Africa because his grandfather was the richest person in northern Nigeria and Messi is famous because he has a special skill that is in high demand. Hundred years ago, football was a pass time. And hey! The first forty richest people in the world have more than half of the seven billion global population. Life is not subject to the desire of man.

Take it easy. Resources are not but they become. There is nothing that is not a resource. It’s just a matter of assuming. Bob Marley became famous by telling the story of his marginalized society in resonating songs. The owner of Alibaba said he started his own business because he was too ugly to be employed by any company while Efia Korkor makes fortunes from twerking her beautiful body. So, live your life. Don’t be a slave to anyone’s perspective of life. And don’t be a slave to any mindset for the heaviest load a man can carry is his mindset.
