Queen mothers from the North Tongu constituency has enstooled the running mate of John Dramani Mahama as a mother of inspiration.
In a campaign tour of the Volta Region by the running mate of the main opposition party NDC, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang visits the Queen mothers with the massage of the people’s manifesto.
She also called on some of the traditional leaders and other interest groups. However upon her tour of the North Tongu constituency, Queen Mothers from all the six traditional areas in the North Tongu constituency, Dorfor, Battor, Volo, Fodzoku, Mepe and Torgorme yesterday Tuesday enstooled the NDC Vice Presidential Candidate, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as Mama Yingor I.
In enstooling and conferring the title on her, the Queen Mothers described her as a phenomenal trailblazer who continues to serve as a worthy role model inspiring many young women in the country. The queen mother indicated their gesture was to demonstrate they appreciate the level of success chalked by the hardworking running mate of the NDC. They also added that with her level of impact on society they are confident she will make a great Vice President for Ghanaians and women come 7th January 2021
