The President of the republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa AKufo-Addo is set to address the nation tonight to give update on measures taken by the government to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.
The President’s address to the nation will commence at exactly 8 o’clock pm and will be broadcasted nationwide on various media platforms.
His address which is the 20th update is expected to focus on the increased confirmed cases of COVID-19 infections after the major elections and the measures needed for everyone to safeguard their health during this yuletide amidst the global pandemic.
Ghana’s COVID-19 case count as of December 20, 2020, has 53,653 confirmed case with 52,331 having recovered from the virus and 331 deaths.
