Prior to his death, Mr. Kokose requested that Mr. Emmanuel Ketaman Evortepe, Executive President of the Duamenefa Foundation and CEO of Fafaa FM Dzodze, look into the matter and take action to save his life from the atrocities committed by Mr. Kpoenavoe, who disobeyed the divisional chief Togbi Akpabi VI.

During the traditional arbitration, Mr. Kpoenavoe, pleaded to be allowed to pay the sum of Ghc 7,000.00 imposed on him by the chiefs. This money is to be used to treat the victim. But alas! the victim died a few days after the intervention.
