Mr. Charles Kudzodzi popularly known as Papavi Hogbedetor will be laid to rest today in his home town, Xavi in the Akatsi District of the Volta Region.
The 88year old man before his demise led his Homeland Studies Group to demand and declared independence for the Volta Region leading to his arrest.
His crusade gather momentum forcing the state security to arrest and detain number of his member for months.
