Our door-to-door Campaign is for John and Jane – Fmr NDC PC Georgina Dadson

Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang and John Mahama

A former NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Awutu Senya West Constituency, Madam Georgina Dadson has indicated that John Mahama and Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang’s ticket for the impending 2024 election is the best for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to win election 2024.

According to her, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang’s partnering with John Mahama is a good call for a smooth victory for the NDC.

In an interview with ITV during the launch of the Awutu Senya West Constituency NDC Door-to-Door Campaign for election 2024, Madam Georgina Dadson stated that the John and Jane pair is the best bet for the NDC.

“John and Jane ticket is nothing but the best. I’m happy that Jane is partnering with John Mahama. Looking at Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, her records are unmatched.”

“Just recently, the political scene of the country was set ablaze by the official unveiling of Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as the running mate of the flagbearer of NDC John Mahama. As a follower of the media I’ve not heard anyone saying something unwarranted about her renomination. Jane is coming for all especially we the women who want to aspire higher in the various endeavours of academic pursuit.”

She stressed that Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has achieved a lot in life and her credentials should be an example for all especially ladies of this generation.

“If you look at Prof. Jane, she started her career as a scholar; a distinguished scholar. She has walked through all the education huddles from 9a] Dean of a Department to Vice-Chancellor. The first woman Vice Chancellor in Ghana. Now, where she has gotten to in life including her children, it’s a clear indication that she’s coming for all and not the family and friends government we are witnessing under the Akufo Addo/Dr Bawumia administration.

She underscored the significance of the door-to-door campaign in the Awutu Senya West Constituency, affirming that the rationale is to propagate the gospel of the good works of John Mahama and what he intends to do in the next NDC administration.

She urged all party members to begin doing door-to-door campaigns for the NDC to recapture power in this year’s Elections.

Georgina Dadson also stated that the NPP lost the trust of Ghanaians because the government had woefully failed to fulfil its campaign promises.

“Ghanaians are experiencing untold economic hardships and can’t afford 3 square meals. It’s high time the masses compare and contrast the reign of both NDC and NPP over the years and it will be crystal clear that the NDC has performed creditably.

Mrs Georgina Dadson was optimistic that the NDC would win the 2024 elections. She, therefore, encouraged party members across the country to work assiduously to ensure its fruition.
