NPP’s ex-TESCON President petitions Chief of Staff over lack of jobs – Amos says

Akufo-Addo and Amos Blessing Amorse

The Deputy Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Amos Blessing Amorse has revealed that a former President of the student wing of the ruling New Patriotic Party has petitioned Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Opare, over unavailability of job opportunities under the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government.

According to Amos in a Facebook post, “Pro NPP tabloid, New Weekend Crusading Guide, has reported on it’s front-page today” about the said petition adding “For young graduates of the NPP to be wailing over job opportunities and actually met to agree that the situation had shot through the roof therefore the only way out was to reduce their frustration into a petition to the Chief of Staff, should tell you the level of untold hardship the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government has visited on young people.”

For Amos, “Those crying over lack of job opportunities today under their own government, were the same people the NPP used on social media to rubbish President John Mahama and the NDC’s promise at page 102 of the Party’s 2020 manifesto to create 1 million jobs in four years.”

Pro NPP tabloid, New Weekend Crusading Guide, has reported on it’s front-page today that former TESCON Presidents have petitioned Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Opare, over unavailability of job opportunities under the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government. For the uninitiated, TESCON is the student wing of the NPP.

For young graduates of the NPP to be wailing over job opportunities and actually met to agree that the situation had shot through the roof therefore the only way out was to reduce their frustration into a petition to the Chief of Staff, should tell you the level of untold hardship the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government has visited on young people.

Those crying over lack of job opportunities today under their own government, were the same people the NPP used on social media to rubbish President John Mahama and the NDC’s promise at page 102 of the Party’s 2020 manifesto to create 1 million jobs in four years.

The NPP National Youth Organizer, Nana B has consistently made reference to NABCO and other ghost jobs as achievements of the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government, today, a wing under his watch is crying over jobs. Those who are TESCON members now should take a cue from what is happening to their predecessors. Your own government has no plans to get you a job after your graduation. After graduating, the stipends Party bigwigs have been giving you to go on social media to defend the Party will not come again. You will become dejected and useless like the present former TESCON Presidents. The earlier you advice yourself, the better.
