The majority leader Hon. Cassiel Ato Forson and his deputy took initiative, followed by other members of the NDC that are in the house. Some MPs from the NDC have moved their names tags from the minority side to the majority side.

The few members of the NPP who in the house, including Frank Annoh Dompreh has now walked out of the house and hints of conducting a press conference.

However, the NDC Leadership has stated that whichever decision the speaker declares when he is seated will be obeyed by them.
