NPP To Constitute Polling Station Executive Committees

The New Patriotic Party, NPP, has directed its Regional and Constituency Executive Committees and Members of Parliament to see to the immediate formation of Polling Station Executive Committees, PSEC, within all Polling Stations in all Constituency across the country.

A memorandum signed by the Acting General Secretary of the Party, John Boadu, the Polling Station Executive Committee is responsible for the supervision and conduction of all Polling Station Officers’ elections within a particular constituency. The elections is expected to take place between the 17^th to 21^st January 2018.

The PSEC shall constitute of one Regional representative appointed by the Regional Executive Committee who shall chair the Committee, one Constituency representative appointed by the Constituency Executive Committee, one Research and Election Officer and two representatives from the Constituency Council of Elders and Patrons, one of whom shall be a woman.
