New Register: Yakubu Suglo supports NDC towards registration exercise

In line with the ongoing voters’ registration exercise, philanthropist, mining consultant and cosmopolitan politician, Mr. Emmanuel Yakubu Suglo has shown his support for the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba Constituency in the Savannah Region with a cash donation of GHC1000.

The amount was presented to the constituency chairman of the NDC for Sawla-Tuna-Kalba, Alhaji Osman Salia by the constituency communication officer, Kipo Elijah Bakar.

The amount will be distributed to selected polling stations facing peculiar problems.

Mr. Yakubu Suglo has promised to adopt five (5) polling stations from the Western, Central and Eastern part of Sawla-Tuna-Kalba for now.

“Aben Wo aha”, as he is popularly called, has appealed to the people of Sawla-Tuna-Kalba to take the registration exercise seriously.

Mr. Alhaji Osman thanked Mr. Yakubu Suglo for his ongoing contributions to the party, he added and Oliver twisted that the NDC of Sawla-Tuna-Kalba is again waiting to receive other logistics like motorcycles, T-shirts, football and Jersey, mobile phones etc

Mr. Yakubu Suglo has supported the NDC with logistics from 2012 and has promised to continue his support.
“Aben Wo aha” said that while he has never received a contract, appointment or any incentives from the NDC government, he believes that it is the NDC that can help change the lives of his people and that has always been his vision.

The constituency chairman has indicated he will get the treasurer, secretary and the executive committee to complete the necessary documentation to ensure the generous donation goes to the polling stations in most need.

Whilst making the presentation, Mr. Kipo Elijah Bakar pleaded with the party to unite and avoid all divisive tendencies going into the 2020 general elections. He has pleaded with the party top hierarchy to resource, motivate and train the youth and the communication members as they are very key in the upcoming general elections.

The ceremony was another event of rejuvenating party enthusiasm.
