The Central Regional NDC Secretariat has petitioned the Director General of the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) to ascertain the status of a gentleman named Francis Enning who claims to work at the Elmina Base of the Authority
This petition was informed by his extreme partisanship and total disregard for his status as a public/civil servant of the Republic of Ghana.
Mr Francis Enning, who is also the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Secretary for the Assin Central, was heard on Nkwa FM 88.1 last Thursday evening bastardizing the regional chairman of the NDC under no provocation. In particular, he sought to denigrate the image of the regional chairman by communicating lies and concocting stories about him on the radio station.
The Central Regional Secretariat of the NDC by this petition, want to be sure if Francis Enning, the self-acclaimed staff of the Ghana Maritime Authority is allowed to be partisan and further clarify the position of GMA concerning partisanship within the service
According to the petition, the NDC wants to know the status of Francis Enning so that it will know how to respond to the NPP sympathizer going forward.
