NDC is likely to copy our manifesto – Kodua Frimpong

Justin Kodua Frimpong, General Secretary, NPP

Justin Kodua Frimpong, General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has stated that he would not be very surprised to see the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) copy portions of their 2024 manifesto.

He criticized the NDC and its presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, for delaying the release of their manifesto ahead of the 2024 elections.

“Today is a very important day on our party’s calendar. After making history and proving the doubters wrong by electing a Northerner and a Muslim as our presidential candidate, we are once again setting the pace by being the first to launch our manifesto for the 2024 election.”

“I’m not surprised at all because even in exams, students who don’t prepare always want the prepared ones to start so they can copy them,” he stated in his speech at the launch of the NPP’s 2024 manifesto in Takoradi on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

The NPP’s chief scribe took the opportunity to commend the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, for his leadership abilities, asserting that he has the potential to elevate Ghana to new heights over the next four years.

“I trust Dr. Bawumia and I know he will be a great President of Ghana,” Mr. Frimpong added.
