NDC endorses ‘Do-or-die’ with T-shirts

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has finally endorsed the do-or-die statement by John Dramani Mahama with branded shirts.

The branded shirts-in both polo and t-shirts-are readily on sale at some offices of the party.

The NDC says it fully supports John Mahama’s description of how the 2024 general elections will be in the same weight the NPP supported Nana Addo’s ‘all die be die’ statement before the 2012 general elections.

Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, the National Chairman of the NDC, on Ahotor FM, Thursday, held that he is all for the statement by John Mahama that the 2024 general elections will be a do-or-die affair.

John Mahama, who has held on to his position, added that unless he would not lead the party into the 2024 general elections, the elections would be won at the polling centers. He said this as a result of the 2020 Election Petition which did not go in his favour.

In his view, the 2020 elections were characterised with fraud and irregularities and was further down-hearted and disappointed by the Supreme Court’s unanimous decision of protecting the EC chairperson from being held accountable for her stewardship as the returning officer for the presidential election.

“The NDC will not go to the Supreme Court to seek any redress in 2024. The elections of 2024 will be a do-or-die affair. The NDC will not cheat the NPP, so we won’t allow them to cheat us either.

“The elections will be won or lost at the polling stations,” John Mahama said during his ‘Thank You’ tour of the East Bono Region.
