Outlining his vision for the constituency, Mr. Ankou said, “Madina must change from being a Constituency with unwritten records and reports of activities and meetings to a Constituency of RECORDS.”
“Madina must become a Constituency where MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS can be VERIFIED and REPORTS and TRANSACTIONS properly documented.” – added
For him, “The NEEDS of the Constituents must be the needs of the [ads1]Constituency Executives and the SECRETARY as the chief administrator must facilitate that consistent FLOW OF INFORMATION from BRANCHES and WARDS to the CONSTITUENCY. These needs must be well documented even at the branches.”

It is out of great joy that I have decided to lead the Madina Constituency as it’s next SECRETARY
Madina NDC is a great family with many prospects. All these prospects remain potentials which require a selfless, dedicated, people-centered, respectful, humble and accountable leader.
Madina must change from being a Constituency with unwritten records and reports of activities and meetings to a Constituency of RECORDS.
Madina must become a Constituency where MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS can be VERIFIED and REPORTS and TRANSACTIONS properly documented.
Madina must become a Constituency where QUARTERLY CONSTITUENCY MEETINGS are held to review and access the needs of our Constituents and provide or at least put in place SOLUTIONS.
The NEEDS of the Constituents must be the needs of the Constituency Executives and the SECRETARY as the chief administrator must facilitate that consistent FLOW OF INFORMATION from BRANCHES and WARDS to the CONSTITUENCY. These needs must be well documented even at the branches.
When a Constituency succeeds and functions well it is because the SECRETARY understands the ideals of PROBITY, ACCOUNTABILITY and SELFLESS leadership.
When a Constituency FAILS, it means there is a problem with its ADMINISTRATIVE MACHINERY led by the SECRETARY.
MADINA NDC has reached a point where we must soberly reflect on our past failures and use them as guide to understand our present circumstances and needs so as to guarantee our future fortunes.
I CHRISTOPHER SELORM ANKOU, son of the Madina soil, an ardent supporter, activist and leader, is willing to lead the way of Madina NDC so we can see brighter lights in the not too distanced future.
It is on this humble note that I wish to declare my Intention to Contest as CONSTITUENCY SECRETARY and invite you all, my dear comrades to support me.
