The Bono Regional Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC, Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo has lashed out to President Akufo-Addo and his Vice, Dr. Bawumia for not making any public comment of condolences in the passing of Emmanuel Adam Mahama.
According to him, though it is very unfortunate to start the year with the sad news that has hit former President John Mahama, it is unthinkable that President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia never sent Mr. Mahama any message till now.
“I checked the pages of Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo Williams and Bawumia but they have pretended nothing has happened. That is how the elephants behaves and they must be treated as such.” – Efo Worlanyo said in a Facebook post.
“Though we don’t need it to resurrect our brother but this is a direct brother of the former President for God sake! Then this same heartless people will come back to preach concensus only when it favors them.” – he added
The elder brother of the former President died December 31, 2021 and was buried today.

President John Dramani Mahama buried his brother today. Very unfortunate we began the year this way but God knows best.

When Bawumia lost his mum, same day Mahama took his page to console him after calling him and called for public support and prayers for him.
