A member of the National Communications Team of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Elikem Kotoko has taken to social media to call on his party leadership not to cow to the connotation of “peace-loving party” and lose their quest to choose a Speaker of Parliament.

In a short but thought-for-food write-up, he said ” If this is how the game will be played and we also can’t play it the same way even between now and tomorrow then let’s forget and just endure”.

Many NDC sympathizers on social media are calling on their MPs elect to boycott their own swearing-in to incapacitate the NPP from swearing-in president-elect Nana Akuffo Addo.
The NDC supporters want to use this advantage to press home their demands for Justice.

Against this background is Mr. Kotoko charging his party leadership not to submit to any diplomatic talks from anyone and utilize the opportunity they have. He added, ” must we the victims always be the sacrificial lambs perceived to be and pleaded with to be peace-loving when the oppressor and evil continues”.
