Agenda 2020: Our Train has just touched down in the Volta Region
Accra based Businessman, Mr. Newlove Morgan Adzatia has expressed interest to contest for the 1st Vice Chairman position of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Volta Region – Awake News can confirm.
The 2015 Africa Peace Award winner who contested for NPP Parliamentary primaries in Adentan Constituency in 2015 but lost to the current MP is said to have picked form to join the Volta Regional Vice Chairmanship race.
Mr. Adzatia who is noted for humanitarian works and one of the strong supporters of the ruling NPP is said to have great confidence in helping increase votes for the NPP in the Volta Region in 2020.
The Volta Region is the stronghold of the opposition NDC making it very difficult for the NPP to a breakthrough in terms of votes.

Mr. Newlove Morgan Adzatia is one of Ghana’s most successful entrepreneur; philanthropist and politician. He comes from Leklebi Agbesia in the Afadzato South District of the Volta region of Ghana.
He had his secondary education at Leklebi Secondary School. He spiced it up with a diploma in Hotel management.
Due to determination and passion to succeed; Morgan proceeded to the Presbyterian University College for a degree program and holds a post-graduate certificate in Public Administration from GIMPA; Legon. Still determined to go higher, Mr. Morgan Adzatia is pursuing his law studies at Mouncrest University in the Eastern Region.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Properties, one of Ghana’s most successful real estates company.
Morgan Adzatia has travelled outside Ghana extensively and been acknowledged and rewarded for his commitment to human development; he has helped built schools; roads and churches and his goal is to inspire his generation to aspire before they expire.
In October 2015, the real estate developer was presented with Africa Peace Awards (Humanitarian Service Category) by the Africa Centre for Peace Building together with some eminent personalities across the world including Ace investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, Natalia De Luz from Brazil, Dr. Emmanuel Ande Ivorgba from Nigeria, Manfred Tawiah from Ghana; Aswaluna Jane Ekayu from Uganda; Prof. Edwin N. Korley from Ghana among others.
