The Union by dint of hard work has secured funding for the project from Council of Ewès Association In North America – CEANA. An association for Ewè speaking people across the world as well as through mobilization from its membership.
The Union through frantic efforts to rope citizens in line the development agenda has spread tentacles across to other continents and sharply grouping Leklebi citizens to join hands in building the State to a place of choice.
The ‘Leklebi Connect’ secretariat, the local chapter cloud with the responsibility to oversee the implementation of these initiative have as well mapped out plans to drive the aspirations as follows;
ACTIONS TAKEN BY ‘LEKLEBI CONNECT’ SECRETARIAT
(1) The ‘Leklebi Connect’ secretariat has met with Chiefs, Queens and Elders of Leklebi State on 17th July 2021. The purpose for this meeting was, among other things, to formally present to Togbewó the ideals of the Unions and to seek their blessing and counseling.
At that meeting, the following determination we made;

(b) A Levy regime for citizenry – dubbed ‘Clinic Upgrade Levy’ was determined.
The quota for citizens at home was agreed at Gh¢ 10.00 whiles that for those outside home in the cities and towns was pegged at a minimum of Gh¢ 20.00
This levy quota for the citizenry became necessary in bid to motivate efforts of citizens in the diaspora. It is also to ensure communal participation of every citizen in the project.
