Rapper Dr. Pushkin has continued to up the momentum ahead of the release of his “No Heroes” and “No Miracles” albums. The Bolgatanga and Austin, Texas-billed rapper has released his third song of the year.

Announcing himself in 2024, the conscious rapper made an epic entry into the year with “No Heroes,” featuring rap heavyweight Lyrical Joe, in January. Then came the anti-Valentine tune “No Go Go,” which featured Ataman Nikita and Ko-Jo Cue.

Just Watch is the latest of his monthly releases as he gears up for a very busy year.

After performing those consecutive heavy-lifting tasks, many assumed he was taking a rest. However, he unexpectedly revealed the commissioning of yet another gigantic project. This time, the 2023 SXSW alumni opted to enlist Taitan and another chronic lyricist, CJ Biggerman.

Released on March 28, Just Watch is another firestorm from the Isolirium lead artist.

Famed for his poetic and open-fire verses, Dr Pushkin has created a unique image for himself in the industry as a gallant voice to lead positive change.

His non-conformative style of lyrics has earned him a unique fanbase that looks beyond the beat and rhythm to understand the meaning of his action-conscious words.

While 2023 was an epic season in his music career, the Ghanaian machine learning engineer is carving the path for an even grander 2024 with the work he’s already done in three months.

Just as he has always been particular about who joins him on the train in his previous projects, he has carefully selected another Ghanaian street favourite and daring face in CJ Biggerman. Boasting several high-profile releases himself, CJ Biggerman is no stranger to unconventional lyrics, given his track record on releases such as “Wabodam” and “Twanebor” and he perfectly nailed his verses on Just Watch.
Taitan also has a notable portfolio that includes collaborations with Tulenkey and other industry names, and he delivered optimally on his first track with the Ghanaian scientist-cum-rapper.
