Joy FM hosts Korsi Senyo on its Super Morning Show tomorrow

Civil rights activist and anti-corruption crusader, Mr. Korsi Senyo is expected to be one of two panelists on the Corruption Watch segment of Joy FM’s Super Morning Show tomorrow between the hours of 8:30am and 9:00am.

Mr. Senyo who is the petitioner in the case that led to the removal of the two deputy Electoral Commissioners, Mr. Amadu Sulley and Ms. Georgina Opoku Amankwa from office is to help bring more understanding into the Electoral Commission issues that were before [ads1]the Chief Justice’s Committee for which the three public officials were dismissed by the President of Ghana.

The second panelist, Mr. Zakaria Tanko Musah who is a lawyer, an anti-corruption activist and a lecturer a the Ghana Institute of Journalism will also help to deepen an understanding of the Public Procurement Act with respect to the role that entity heads play in the procurement process.

On last week Thursday, Mrs Charlotte Osei and her two deputies, Amadu Sulley and Georgina Opoku Amankwa, were removed from office by President Akufo-Addo in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Justice’s committee which probed numerous allegations leveled against the trio.

According to a government statement issued Thursday and signed by Information Minister, Dr. Mustapha Hamid, the three top officials of EC have been removed for misbehavior and incompetence.
