The Eucharist becomes the center of the Catholic faith because we’re taught and we know that before Christ was crucified, He left us something to always do constantly in remembrance of Him and that is the Eucharist. Therefore as teacher trainees, as a beacon of inspiration for young ones coming and the world at large, we are seen as transformational leaders or agents of change and therefore we are to go out there and teach our people and teach the world at large that the Eucharist is the center of our faith.
ACTT is a non – partisan, non-profit making, social and educational in nature which started way back in the year 2000. Mr. Okyere urged all teachers to uphold to bringing the teaching profession to a high standard and of respect. He said that all teachers must do the work with diligence and follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

The five days program comes with a lot of activities including games, quiz competition, retreat, leadership seminar, handing over, induction into ACT among other things.
The main agenda for this year’s Congress is to solicit for funds to buy a bus for the sector in order to promote the propagation of the word of God. Mr. Sakyi ended the interview by calling on financial support from all and sundary to invest in the work of God.

One of our biggest target is to buy a bus for the sector. So we are appealing to the general public, all Catholic spread out there, benevolent agencies and organisations that we are their children and students and need to propagate the gospel and believe the bus will serve as a tool of easy transportation to do the work of God. They should therefore come out to support us financially in order to promote God’s work ”.
