I wonder how the ‘Agyapadie’ book is called fake – Togbe Afede

from (L) President Akufo-Addo and Torgbe Afede

The Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, Togbe Afede XIV, says he is perplexed at the labeling of the ‘Agyapadie’ book as a fake book by President Nana Akuffo-Addo and the Okyenhene Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin.

Speaking at a durbar upon receiving the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Mahama, Togbe Afede XIV noted that he had reservations about the book when he first got hint of it, however most events and how his business has fed over the past few years under the Nana Addo-Bawumia-led administration has erased all his doubts.

He said “I found it difficult to believe that, that was a genuine document but of course, certain things we go through gave us thoughts to the contrary”.

He recounted saying “In 2019 thereabouts, we received a letter for us to sign, pre-written in our names, to resign from the group of companies that advises the government on its bond issues. That came as a shock.”

“When I reflect on some of these things, I begin to wonder,” he stated.

The ‘Agyapadie’ book first published by Awake News in 2020 reveals how president Nana Akufo-Addo and some members of the ruling NPP from Akyem will capture the country and position everything to their benefit even if the NPP party goes into opposition.
