Even before he leaves the witness box under cross examination, Franklin Cudjoe has said he have absolute trust in the account Dr Kpessah Whyte is giving to support the claims of the petitioner John Mahama that the election were not held fairly and that the declared results of the EC are flawed.
This he said on his Facebook wall.
Under the said post made by Franklin Cudjoe; The President of Imani Africa said “I trust Dr. Kpessah Whyte, totally on being asked by the EC to go and consult the petitioner.
It was the same way the EC told SALL they will be allowed to vote only to disenfranchise them the day before the elections”
Mr Cudjoe who have been an advocate for SALL believes it’s a breach of trust for the EC to promise the people of SALL that they will vote in the parliamentary election only for the commission to backtrack on their decision.
The people of Santrokofi, Akpafu Lolobi, and Likpe were denied their right to vote in the December held elections because the Electoral commission led by Jean Mensa failed to create a constituency for them after Oti region got carved from Volta region
