Give An Account Of Your Term In Office – Abronye DC tells Mahama

A Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, NPP, in the Brong Ahafo Region, Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, has called on Former President John Mahama to address certain pertinent issues that took place in the Brong Ahafo Region during his tenure in office as President of Ghana.

In an open letter to welcome the former president to Techiman, Kwame Baffoe indicated that an internal audit report of the Brong Ahafo Regional Coordinating Council has promulgated preconized that ex-president Mahamaconsistently spent 300,000.00 each day exclusively on food anytime he visited the Region as President under the auspices of the former Regional Minister, Eric Opoku.

Mr. Baffoe says this corruption allegation against the former president must be addressed immediately because failure to do so by the ex-president affirms the allegations of series of corruption leveled against him.

In the same letter, the NPP activist accused the Regional Organizer of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, one Mohammed Seidu, popularly known as Maha of being in the possession of 15 tipper trucks and 17 bulldozers belonging to the Ministry of Local Government illegally and illegitimately. He revealed that MohammedSeidu has been working with the said vehicles for twenty-four months without accounting for the money accumulate from such work to the appropriate authority.

Kwame Baffoeis requesting for an explanation from ex-president Mahama how he is able to raise an amount of twenty three million Ghana cedis exclusively for the BrongAhafo Region prior to the December 2016 elections and a 5.5 million for the unity walk slated to take place in Techiman.

He called on the former president to cease the opportunity to address and clear all the mess that was created in his name by his appointees in the region.

President  John Mahama is expected to join scores of NDC supporters in Techiman tomorrow, for a unity walk. The walk in Techiman is expected to symbolize and recognized the efforts the NDC have put in place to make the reorganization process a success so far.
