The Ghana Tennis Centre, host of the next ITF J5 and J4 tennis tours on Monday, 2nd August, 2021 commenced the event in accra.
The tour, which is organized by the Tennis Foundation Ghana(TFG), under the auspices of the Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF), is expected to bring local junior tennis players and their foreign counterparts commenced
Ghana’s Desmond Ayaaba from the Baboo Tennis Academy will be in action during the tour.
The 17 year old currently has an International Tennis Federation (ITF) world Junior ranking of 943 and is also seeded as Number 7 in the upcoming Accra Junior tour.
In the last Accra J5 tour, Desmond in partnership with his Togolese Hod’abalo Isak, won their Boys doubles final match.
Desmond Ayaaba steadily climbed to the level of being among the best 100 IJTF -Ranked Junior tennis players on the wheels of Baboo Tennis Academy from Tema, Ghana.
Ayaaba was among the first kids in the Academy and has represented Ghana in many junior tennis tournaments.
