Ghanaians outraged over Meek Mill’s music video recorded in the Jubilee House

Many Ghanaians have taken to social and mainstream media to express total shock and anger over President Akufo-Addo granting an American rapper, Meek Mill an access to the Presidential State house to record his music video.

The rapper is in Ghana for Afronation and on January 8, 2023 announced on his Instagram account he will be releasing his new track.

It has thus turned out that the said music video was recorded in Ghana Presidential state house, the Jubilee House – an area that is highly marked a security zone where not even Ghanaians are allowed to take photographs.

In the music video the rapper is seen with his entourage standing behind the President’s pulpit addressing a gathering. The video also shows the entire Jubilee House being captured in drone footage.
